I asked for eyebrows threaded and a clean up and proceeded to walk out the door with and my eyebrows half the thickness they were. I did not book an eyebrow reshaping, I said to clean my natural brows up. Terrible service, she does your brows how she wants them to look which happens to be pencil thin. And then as I was checking out i pressed that wrong tip by mistake, their touch pad automatically processes what you’ve chosen without being asked to confirm. Hate my brows, they will take months to grow back. Terrible service, and the woman before didn’t like hers either she kept telling the lady that one was tinted darker and uneven and all the lady could do was stare. Does not know what she is doing, she is just giving everyone what she had on her own face. 0/5, do not recommend.
